‘Bharat Shetty Architect’ is led by principal Architect Bharat Shetty, a visionary designer and industry expert with over 30 years of experience in crafting innovative and functional spaces. He with his team has designed and executed over 50 hospitality projects successfully. He received his bachelor of Architecture from Academy of Architecture, Mumbai in 1982. He is an honorary member of the ‘The Council of Architecture’ and the Institute of Indian Interior Designers. As an architect, he believes that growth within an architecture firm can be achieved through a combination of professional development, project success, and leadership.

‘Bharat Shetty Architect', a core hospitality firm, assumed its present structure in 1994 and focuses on two main areas of work architecture and interior design. The firm believes in creating inspirational designs for landmark projects of enduring quality that stand up to the specifications of the global market. The ideology is to create projects that are truly bespoke & one of its kind. The brand focuses on creating serene warm spaces through clean & functional designs, and continues to push boundaries in hotel design crafting unforgettable experiences that exceed client expectations and set new standards for the industry.
Our team of designers constantly seek to expose themselves to new technologies, construction techniques and materials to achieve innovative and creative solutions whilst achieving the target milestones of a project. The company has a strong hotel and restaurant portfolio with exposure to commercial spaces and high-end residential projects.
